It is also an idiom. Alright! 'When a person gets upset over any mishappening to the person exactly. So what happens he cries very badly.' So this idiom is used to relax that person, 'It's not manly to cry like a child.' Don't cry like a child it means Its not manly to cry like a child.

It means what's troubling you. Or what's disturbing you. 'You are disturbed or you are troubled due to something bad in your life.' So here we ask you 'what's bothering you' or what's troubling you.

There is nothing to fear

Next one is, 'Don't be scared.' It is the same initially we say there is nothing to fear. So, "Don't be scared you will do definitely good in your presentation. You are preparing for so long so don't be scared."

Don't Feel Nervous

Now 'Don't feel nervous'. "You are going to give a good public speech. And you going to present a presentation in your office and you are getting very nervous because it is your first time. So I just trying to encourage you by saying this that, Don't feel nervous."
