Rest Assured

First one is 'Rest assured'. It is same as same 'Don't worry'. When I am saying 'Rest Assured' it means "Rest assured I will definitely answer your question." Or for example, "Rest assured the deal will be done on time." So when I'm saying 'rest assured' it means I'm assuring you about the particular word which has to be done by me. Alright!

Stop Worrying

'Stop worrying' is very regular phrase. "Stop worrying I'm here to help you." Stop worrying you will do good in examination." So this is also as equal to as say 'don't worry'

It's Not Manly To Cry Like  A Child .

It is also an idiom. Alright! 'When a person gets upset over any mishappening to the person exactly. So what happens he cries very badly.' So this idiom is used to relax that person, 'It's not manly to cry like a child.' Don't cry like a child it means Its not manly to cry like a child.

What's bothering you

It means what's troubling you. Or what's disturbing you. 'You are disturbed or you are troubled due to something bad in your life.' So here we ask you 'what's bothering you' or what's troubling you.

There is nothing to fear

Now next is, 'There is nothing to fear.' It means don't fear. Why to get fear. Here I'm trying to encourage you by saying this phrase. "There is nothing to fear. You are going to rock the world. Don't get worried." Alright!

Don't Be Scared

Next one is, 'Don't be scared.' It is the same initially we say there is nothing to fear. So, "Don't be scared you will do definitely good in your presentation. You are preparing for so long so don't be scared."

Don't Feel Nervous

Now 'Don't feel nervous'. "You are going to give a good public speech. And you going to present a presentation in your office and you are getting very nervous because it is your first time. So I just trying to encourage you by saying this that, Don't feel nervous."

Be Brave

End of all these phrases what I'm saying 'Be brave.' "Yes! you are good enough at every task that you do. You are good enough to creak the nut. So Be brave. Be brave you can learn good English."

So use these phrases when next time you do encourage someone.😊
